Hi my name is Lia. I am 36 years old and I had not exercised since the birth of my son whom is now nearly 9. Back then I weighed 55kg and at 168cm considered underweight. At 7 months pregnant I weighed 62 kg (my son was born premature) 7 years later I had ballooned well I thought I had ballooned to 73kg. Hi my name is Penny, I am an 46 years old and had never visited a gym.  I play lawn bowls for South Australia. I decided I needed to get fit.

I found that I did not have the motivation to exercise regularly so I decided to have regular appointments with a personal fitness trainer.  Nick has been my trainer for 19 months.

After my initial assessment Nick developed an exercise plan to suit my needs and goes to great lengths to challenge me physically and mentally.

I enjoy working with Nick, he is a great motivator and I recommend working with him if you are ready to achieve your fitness goals.

I am now fitter and more flexible than I have been in years.  I feel positive, have plenty of energy, think more clearly and work more efficiently.

Hi! My name is Deb and I’ve been seeing a personal trainer since April 2005. After many years of NOT visiting the gym or exercising of any form, I decided to join a gym to give me strength to cope with upcoming and on-going major surgery. I worked out alone and although it did improve my fitness for the surgery at the time, I did plateau out and decided I needed something more challenging. I started a personal training program twice a week and got addicted! To add to that, I have since had my second Liver Resection and recovered in half the time!

I first came to Nick after moving gyms and leaving my first trainer. First thing I noticed was his enthusiasm and the intensities of his sessions. I used to think that my training sessions were hard, but soon after starting with Nick, I found out what a hard session was like. I really started to see results after training 2-3 times a week with nick. I have now been with Nick for almost a year. In this time my strength, muscle tone and fitness has increased.

I was referred to Nick Deduhin by my chiropractor about 6 months ago after I had a fall and injured my back. This affected walking and I found myself taking much smaller steps and suffering back pain. Nick designed a program to improve my strength, posture, balance and co-ordination and improvements were noticeable within a very short time. I now walk normally, have improved my posture and simple tasks like reversing out of the driveway have become easier. I am feeling stronger and fitter week by week. Nick has a very pleasant personality and gets on well with clients of all ages. Every session is fun and informative. He gives me small homework exercises which I do daily and he educates me on the benefits of doing these simple exercises. I would recommend Nick to anyone who needs a program that is tailored to meet individual needs or is looking at improving their way of life.

If someone can make you look forward to exercising, Nick is that person! My training sessions with Nick are always challenging, with each session unique and tailored to my needs to ensure that I am on target to achieving my individual goals and targets. He knows exactly how far to push me to get the maximum benefit from my session but at the same time he is aware of my capabilities. Nick is a friendly, motivating, inspiring, encouraging, enthusiastic and a positive professional who combines a mix of hard work with fun. He has the ability to take the pain away by making me laugh, which is at times one great feat! Nick changes routines regularly to keep it interesting to fit in with the type of things I enjoy - there’s nothing like a session of boxing after a hard day at work! At the end of each session I feel so much better and have a sense of real achievement. My sessions with Nick are a rewarding experience and I would recommend Nick to anyone who is determined to reach their fitness goals. There’s only one thing, however. If he would only wear shorts more often, I would train with him 5 days a week instead of 2. Being able to perve is motivation in itself!
